Happy spring everyone!
Our animals are all still in their winter indoor/outdoor confinement spaces, very, very ready to get out on the fields! It’s not time yet – to protect the root systems of our pastures we have to wait until we have a string of five to seven dry days…and we’re still waiting!
It’s March, and we now have our shop open for the growing season. We’re excited to announce the grand opening of our new farm shop, located on our farm! Look for our signs on the road. We have opened up the area near the farm shop for guest viewing of the farm: Our market garden, goose pen, laying hen flock, and sheep grazing fields are accessible from the farm shop parking area. In the area behind the shop you will find a picnic table. Our farm shop will continue to evolve and expand as the growing season picks up! All products in our farm shop are grown or raised at Hollyhock Farm. We do not buy in produce or meats from other vendors. We have raised our egg prices: Eggs are now $6/dozen at the farm.
Please do not bring any dogs to the farm! Dogs must stay in your car while you visit the shop. Thank you for respecting our no-dog rule. Call with any questions.

Farm eggs $6 (at the farm store)
Frozen USDA lamb cuts – ground $15/1lb tubes. Chops, small roasts – prices vary.
Frozen Whole Rooster or Stew Hen $15/ea, ~3lbs each.
Frozen Whole Goose $8/lb, between 10-13lbs each.
