- Summer mutton! Ground, roasts, chops. Yum! (Various prices)
- Whole chicken ($5/lb)
- Last call on giant turkey: The All American bird! $200 for a 33lb whole bird! Pasture raised, feeds a crowd! Throw one in your smoker this weekend! Two available.
- Lamb organ meats: Heart, liver, kidney
