From the Farm

Happy Summer Solstice!

We hope you are enjoying these long warm summer days. The veggies have finally sprung into life and our sour cherries are coming on! Our next fresh rooster sale will be around the middle of July, and I will be sending out an email notification the week prior. If you are not receiving our farm update emails, please consider signing up for them on our website! Emails are sent out monthly, or occasionally twice monthly. Email addresses are never shared and used for our monthly email list only. Now go make some sun tea and put your feet up! Get that fire pit going and try some lamb chops over the grill!

Current offerings, June/July, 2021

-Fresh herb bundles (oregano, chives, mint, sage, thyme)

-Rainbow chard

-Dino kale and curly kale

-Green onions

-Salad mix

-Sour cherries (farm shop only, July 3/4 and July 10/11)

-Frozen whole rooster (farm shop only) $15/each

-Frozen lamb cuts  (chops, roasts, shanks, meaty neck bones) *We are sold out of ground lamb currently*

-Eggs (pasture raised, organically fed) $8/doz at the farmer’s markets, limited availability at our farm shop.

Upcoming dates

-Next fresh young rooster – July 17th, 18th, at the farm shop.

-Next lamb and mutton, middle of July.

-Next goat – middle of July. Ground, chops, and roasts will be available.

-Holiday turkey and goose will be available starting in October. We sell out quickly, so if you would like to reserve one please email me!
